Brief minutes of the meeting:

Teams that failed to send a representative  : Kings, Jolly and the Vic

• New Teams who have expressed an interest in adding a team to the league next season : Sandyford Arms, Prince Arthur, Addittions B, Mount B and Dockers. This will mean 20 teams in the League next season.

• Committe meeting 10th August to discuss format for AGM and to collate all proposals for changes to the league for next season that have been submitted or posted on the website. If you have any changes you would like to suggest please add them to the forum before 8pm on the 9th August. (John Rowe, B Melvin, B Johnstone, J Melvin and S Grassie.)

• AGM - Date set for the 17th August at the Comrades upstairs at 8pm

• Discussion around rule change for signing new players  - All signings to done via John Rowe and monies to be with John Rowe by the Thursday following the signing or else points removed from teams. This will be proposed at the AGM

• 25 Year Celebration of the Pool League and Presentation Night to include Singles and Doubles Finals, 5 frames each proposed dates 4th or 11th September upstairs at the Tank.

• It was voted on by all Captains to ban a current player from the League - players name left out so that he can be informed.
