Teams that failed to send a representative and will receive a £10 fine - Mount - Jolly - Steamer 

•  It was discussed and voted on by captains to remove the Fleetwood Cons from the league with immediate effect due to non attendance at recent matches. As a consequence of the Fleetwood Cons being removed from the League the averages where discussed and it was agreed to adhere to the current rules and leave the averages as they are unless there is a major problem created at the end of the season. The current rule is that if no player is available to play the game for the averages then no score is applied to player that is in attendance at the game (or words to that effect).

• It was discussed that player who currently plays in one of our teams is banned from the league as of next season. He is currently banned from a number of pubs in the league, including his own and has caused a nuisance at a number of venues. No decision was made.

• Several rules where discussed for possible change next season and it was agreed that all proposals need to be sent via the Website to J Melvin (Melvin) or S Grassie (sgrassie) or post them on the forum. Proposals will be submitted to the committee and duplications will be removed / grouped in order to prevent the AGM turning into a marathon. Rules discussed included Talking in Doubles before approaching the table after the white has stopped moving. Being able to nominate a different colour if you pot on the break and a complete shift to World Pool Rules.
• Splitting the league into 2 was briefly discussed.
